Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Returns

MHEKO does not accept returns for any products once delivered.
All sales are final.


2. Replacements

We offer replacements only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect item

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photo/video proof of the issue

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging


3. Refunds

Refunds are not provided unless a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.
In such rare cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
